The possibilties for composing interesting bamboo arrangments are virtualy endless with the right combination of stalk and leaf motifs. This bamboo mural concept would stand over seven feet tall and four feet wide. The hurdle in using gold paint over midtones such as the red in the illustration is that the gold acrylic paint requires more than one coat to achieve a desirable degree of cover and luminosity.

Design should never say, “Look at me.” It should always say, “Look at this.”
